Google will not open production until 12 people have opted in to your closed test and used your app for 14 continuous days. Since 2026 it also rejects tests where testers installed and did nothing. App Testers supplies real people who check in with screenshots on fixed days and file feedback you can quote.

Verified testers opt in
Each tester proves opt-in with a Play Store screenshot. We check it by hand against your console.

Four evidenced check-ins
Days 1, 4, 8 and 12: a screenshot from inside your app and a note. Miss two and the tester is replaced.

Feedback that forces an update
At least two reports per tester, the first by day 7, so you can ship a fix inside the window.

Draft answers for Google
On day 14 you get a ready-to-edit draft of the ten production-access questions, built from real feedback.
What we do not do
