Refund policy

Automatic full refund

If a job reaches the end of its 14-day window and the 7-day extension with fewer than 12 completed testers, it is marked failed and refunded in full to the original payment method within five working days.

Refund on request

• Before any tester has been verified: full refund on request.
• After testers have been verified but before the 14-day clock starts: refund less $1.00 per verified tester.
• After the clock starts: no refund, because testers are owed for their work, except where the automatic refund above applies.

Not refundable

A decision by Google to refuse production access is not grounds for a refund. We provide testers and evidence; the application to Google is yours.
