Privacy policy

What we collect
- Google account name and email when you sign in. We do not receive your password.
- For testers: country, payout handle (UPI id or PayPal email), and a hashed device fingerprint used only to detect duplicate accounts.
- For developers: app name, package name and opt-in link.
- Screenshots you upload as proof, check-ins and feedback. Images are re-encoded and stripped of metadata on upload.
- Payment records from PayPal or Razorpay: order and transaction identifiers and amounts. We never see card numbers.
- An audit log of actions on your account, including IP address.
How we use it
To run jobs, verify opt-ins, pay testers, prevent fraud, and send transactional email about your jobs and payouts. We do not sell data and we do not run advertising.
Who sees it
- Developers see testers' first names, countries and uploaded screenshots and feedback for their own jobs only.
- Testers see app names and instructions for jobs they accept.
- Payout handles are visible only to the tester and to the administrator making the payment.
- Processors: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Vercel Blob (files), Resend (email), PayPal and Razorpay (payments), Upstash (rate limiting).
Referrals
If you join through someone's invite link, we record who invited you. Your inviter sees your first name and last initial, the date you joined and how far you have got (joined, set up, testing, completed), so they can see whether they have earned a reward. They never see your email, payout details or test content. We keep this link for as long as your account exists. We store the invite code in a cookie named ref for up to 30 days, only to credit the right inviter.
Retention
Screenshots are deleted 90 days after a job closes. Payment, payout and audit records are kept for seven years as required for accounting. You can request deletion of your account; ledger records are retained in anonymised form.

You can ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion by emailing support@techsystemlab.com.
